RETURN FOR REFUND
You can return any clogs within 30 days if they are in unworn, re-saleable condition in the original box
and receive a refund, excluding shipping charges.
RETURN FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
If you simply want a different size, again, return them within 30 days in unworn, in re-saleable condition and
L. S. Rhoads will send out the other size for no additional shipping charge. This only applies to a different
size of the same style. There have seldom been situations where more than one return was required, but if it
takes more than one try, there will be a new shipping charge for the second, third, fourth....
RETURN FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE
Conditions for refund return apply, plus an additional appropriate shipping charge, and any price
differential.

E-mail first to let us know what's going on, what the problem is, and also if there are any special
circumstances that are not included in this page. Include a note in the return box so we have a clue what is
needed.
All returned goods must be sent to the following address via United States Postal Service insured mail in
order to receive credit:

Additionally, it is advisable to insure them; in the event of a loss, L. S. Rhoads will not necessarily accept
liability for items lost in the mail system.
